On-Premises Server Requirements
The requirements below are specified for an average load (10 concurrent user) Enterprise deployment in a single geographic region. Advanced configurations for multi-site geographic data synchronization and traffic routing can be provided and supported as part of the Mangan Software SLM-Cloud Services or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployment models.

SLM-CGI Server (Base Requirements)
- 4 CPU Cores
- 8 GB RAM
- 250 GB SSD disk drive space
- Microsoft Windows Server Current Release-1
- Microsoft .Net Core Runtime Current Release-1
- SLM-CGI Software (Runs as Windows Service)
Microsoft SQL Database Server (Base Requirements)**
- 8-16 CPU Cores
- 24 GB RAM
- 300 GB SSD disk drive space
- Windows Server Current Release-1
- Microsoft SQL Server (Standard, or Enterprise) Current Release-1
Additional Infrastructure Requirements
- Minimum 1Gbps interconnect between the servers (App and DB)
- Each instance requires a dedicated access URL, access to DNS may be required
- SSL/TLS Certificate for Secure Data Transmission
- SMTP server and authentication access to SMTP Delivery or Relay
- (Optional) shared file storage. This is required in load balanced application server scenario’s.
- Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID or LDAP Certified User Authentication Mechanism for Directory Authentication or SAML2 Identity Provider for SSO or Directory Authentication.
Notes:
- (*) Application Server can be Scaled to Load Balanced instances across an enterprise
- (**) Non-Production or small Instances can be run on a single server installation, however performance can be inhibited due to database sizing.
- (Base Requirements) : These are baseline requirements as user load and data load increase requirements may need to scale.
- (Current Release -1) : Current Supported and released version of a software product including it’s previous most recent supported version. New operating system releases will be supported within 6 months of release as well as supporting softare tools. Please contact Mangan Software if you have qustions about supported versions.
